Historic Killerby Hall is the perfect de-luxe group accommodation venue, situated very near to holiday Scarborough. This beautiful non-smoking Hall was once a shooting lodge, and dates back to 1892. Original features abound including elegant oak pannelled walls and original open fires, as well as a galleried formal dining-room. The property is set in over ten acres of landscaped and natural grounds. Cayton Beach lies only 1 mile away, and the popular resort of Scarborough is just 4 miles away. Beautiful Flamborough Head with its puffin colony, is just 5 miles away.
The hall is fully equipped with numerous facilities and amenities such as electricity, full gas central heating, and open fires. Parking for 5 cars is available and shops are only 200 yards away. There is both a TV and video and guests have access to a small library. All modern amenities are included such as a Radio/cassette/CD, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and a dishwasher. Two additional single beds are available and the 10-acre gardens and grounds are beautifully landscaped with a patio, furniture and barbecue. Children are most welcome and there is an assortment of toys available. Duvets, linen and towels are all provided and weekly lets run from Friday to Friday.
The layout of this de-luxe hall includes a large living room with open fire, oak pannelled walls and an original wooden floor. The Sitting room also has oak pannelled walls and an open fire. Guests can relax in the very large galleried dining hall with open fire and original wooden floor. The farmhouse-style kitchen is well equipped with central island, breakfast area, range and an original wooden floor. There's a cloakroom and on the first floor there's a galleried landing, a utility area and two double bedrooms with 5ft beds. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room/W.C. There are also two twin-bedded rooms and a Bathroom/W.C. with circular bath.
