Described by many of our guests as "Yorkshire's best kept secret B&B." Our GROUND FLOOR suite consists of one double bedroom, en-suite shower room, lounge/dining room and kitchen. Primarily for bed & breakfast guests with the added bonus of having a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to prepare their own evening meals rather than eating out. Many of our guests choose this option and sit cosily around the crackling log fire whilst watching tv. Situated in the unspoilt picturesque village of Kettlesing, 6 miles west of the elegant Victorian spa town of Harrogate, within easy reach of Skipton, Grassington, Ripon, Pateley Bridge, York & Leeds. The ideal location to explore the Yorkshire Dales, surrounding towns and quaint villages. We aim to provide the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. The lounge has a flat screen tv, wireless internet,log fire, & fresh flowers to complete the "home from home" feel to make our guests' visit a memorable one. Green Acres Bed & Breakfast Website

We are the perfect retreat for walkers with many unspoilt walks around the area including 3 reservoirs all with varying distances. Enjoy a hearty breakfast. We use local produce where possible and our own free range eggs. Packed lunches can be catered for. The local pub is a 2 minute walk away and offers good food with a variety of superb pub ale. A short drive away leads to many other pubs & restaurants offering a variety of food. Guests have sole use of a patio area overlooking the fields and village. Sorry no pets are allowed. Ample parking.
