Situated in a quiet rural location in the Yorkshire Dales, 6 miles west of the floral spa town of Harrogate, safe parking. A working small holding, benefits from expansive views to the White Horse and Hambleton Hills, the perfect Yorkshire Dales base for walking and touring. We pride ourselves on our spotlessly clean & very comfortable farm house. Offering three en-suite bedrooms two double with king size beds & one twin which can also be made up into a super king. We have a guest private sitting room with fire for chilly evenings, lots of interesting literature on local attractions to help you plan your days ahead.The dining room has separate tables for each group of guests. At breakfast guests serve themselves to a selection of starters from the buffet while their freshly cooked breakfast is prepared. Wherever possible, our food is supplied by local trades using local produce. We collect eggs daily from our own flock of happy hens. In the morning the dining room benefits from early morning sunshine through the south facing window.

Additional Information

All our rooms are beautifully appointed, and have en-suite facilities with fluffy white towels,face cloth, bath robe, white company toiletries & many luxury extras. We offer two double rooms with king size beds, and one twin room which can also be made into a super king. The bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and well equipped with flat screen TV with free view, alarm clock,complimentary tray with tea,fruit teas,coffee hot chocolate, hand made biscuits, chocolates, fridge & a complimentary sherry/madeira.

Specialities

A separate sitting room is provided for our guests, with flat screen TV with freeview and a fire for cold days and evenings when extra heating is appreciated. The sitting room leads out through patio doors onto the patio area where guests can sit out on warm summer evenings and enjoy the delightful countryside view & watch the often beautiful sun set.
