This 'upside down' cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a first floor family bathroom. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Sycamore Cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat away and for those who wish to explore the Yorkshire Dales. The accommodation enjoys a superb location, within easy reach of some spectacular countryside. Phone calls answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The accommodation has 1 well presented double room, sleeping 2 people in luxurious comfort. Full oil central heating and additional heating from coal effect gas fire in sitting room. Other features include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer (in utility room), colour TV (satellite), video, music centre etc. Use of owner's freezer.
All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Enclosed sheltered garden area with garden furniture and BBQ. Roadside parking for 2 cars. One well behaved pet under strict control welcome, £10 charge. Sorry no smoking. Shops 6 miles, pubs 1 mile. Please note: Sycamore Cottage has its own private water supply.
