Restored, decorated and furnished to a high standard, this lovely cottage offers cosy, comfortable accommodation, including a lovely electric woodburning effect stove and exposed beams.
Situated in a tranquil rural location ideal for those wishing to explore nearby Scarborough, Whitby and beyond. Pony trekking available locally. Phone calls answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, consisting of 1 double room and 1 twin room, sleeping a total of 4 people. Oil fired central heating throughout, additional heating from electric woodburning effect stove in living area. Other features include an electric fan oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video, stereo/CD player etc.
Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Enclosed walled garden with patio and garden furniture. Ample off road parking. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop (limited opening times) and pub 1 mile. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
