The property offers a wealth of period features including original fireplaces, beautiful seaviews, exposed beams & arched windows. Three of the four bedrooms offer beautiful ensuite facilities and guests can enjoy relaxing in the spacious & comfortable lounge. There is an enclosed courtyard garden for guests to enjoy a drink in the evenings & two well behaved pets are welcome at this property.
The Holiday Cottage is set in a wonderful location just 800 yards from a beautiful beach & the little fishing village of Skinnington offers a range of charming shops & a pub. The lovely harbour town of Whitby is just a short drive down the coast or visit the beautiful beach at Robin Hood's Bay during your visit. The area is ideal for a walking holiday with plenty of walking tracks & hikes available in the neighbouring North York Moors National Park. A great location for both a coast & country holiday all year round.
The cottage offers beautiful accommodation including a grand entrance hall with central staircase & galleried landing with domed ceiling. There are four bedrooms furnished as one king size poster bedroom with ensuite, one family room with double bed & two single beds and two further king-size bedroom which can be made up as twins if required. There is an additional family bathroom with feature roll-top bath. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher.
This property can be booked with an adjacent cottage to provide excellent holiday accommodation for up to 17 people - great for large family get-togethers. Family amenities including a stair-gate & high-chair are available for hire and there is lots of off road parking available. Amenities including a pub & shop are a five minute walk from the cottage.
