Property Information

Our cosy, romantic cottage for two, Rosedene, is located in the tranquil village of Wold Newton close to Hunmanby in the Yorkshire Wolds. It really is a picture postcard cottage with roses growing around the door and a lovely view of the village duck pond. The pub (with mouthwatering food) is just around the corner and shops are four miles away. Bridlington and Filey are only 7 miles away and you can have a lovely day trip to York.

Rosedene is a single storey property. We have a comfortable, snug sitting room with a charming feature fireplace, Sky TV, video and music system. Kitchen facilities include an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The double bedroom has ample storage space and with such peaceful surroundings you can be sure of a very good night's sleep. To the front of the cottage is a lawned ares with table and chairs.

Additional Information

For a totally relaxing holiday you couldn't find a much better place that the Yorkshire Wolds. With picturesque country walks, and sleepy villages you'll find a slower pace of life in which to unwind. For variety you have the seaside towns or the city of York to explore.
