The living space is composed of a fitted kitchen with breakfast area, and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. With the North York Moors, Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby all within easy driving distance, this makes a great base for exploring the region. Phone calls answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, sleeping a total of 4 people. Storage heaters throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Other features include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player etc.
Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking for 1 car. Small enclosed patio to rear with garden furniture. Up to two well behaved pets welcome which must be kept downstairs at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.
