The property sleeps four, in extensive grounds that include a private garden, with views of the Esk Valley. You'll find on-site BBQ facilities and ample off-road parking at West Wing, as well as having the freedom to explore seven acres of land surrounding the property, though you'll find even more to do outside the cottage grounds.
Walkers, in particular, will love West Wing Cottage, which sits conveniently close to some of the area's best marked trails and tracks. Family attractions within the local area include the coastal attractions of Whitby and historic buildings including National Trust properties, whilst shops and pubs can be found within two miles of the property. A pet-friendly property, West Wing Cottage also boasts easy access to dog-friendly attractions and sandy beaches.
There are two bedrooms at West Wing Cottage - one with a four-poster king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other a double with an en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool bath. Guests have access to a large, fitted kitchen, complete with dining facilities, laundry facilities and a dishwasher. The spacious lounge includes a full library and a snooker table.
West Wing Cottage is perfect for groups, able to be booked with adjoining properties for groups of up to 28 guests in total. It's also well suited to families with young children - a cot and high chair can be provided for the duration of your stay by prior arrangement.
