Lock House B&B is a comfortable canal side house situated on the outskirts of the rural market town of Boroughbridge. Welcoming accommodation consisting of one double room with ensuite facilities and one twin with private bathroom. Both have digital TV, radio and refreshment trays with a kettle, drinks and snacks. Additional guests and young children can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Breakfast offers a lovely selection of locally produced and wholesome foods. Most diets can be catered for

Boroughbridge has a wide choice of pubs and excellent eating establishments within walking distance of Lock House. For those with more time to spend in the area there are several guided walks enabling visitors to enjoy the local river and beautiful countryside. Aldburgh, with its museum and Roman remains is within walking distance and just a short drive away is a wealth of interesting places to visit from Fountains Abbey, Newby Hall, Ripon, Harrogate and York.
