We are traditional family run Inn with a newly refurbished bar that adds a modern but still traditional feel, where our staff offer a warm welcome to all that pass through the door. We offer a range of accommodation for a romantic break in North Yorkshire or as a stop off for the weary traveller.
The former coaching inn has almost 200 years of history and has been a regular port of call for travellers along the Scarborough to Whitby road. It has been a pub since at least the beginning of the last century and prior to this was a shooting lodge for the then Lord Derwent. As a 19th century coaching inn, it marked the changeover point for horses making the journey between Scarborough and Whitby. And today the Falcon Inn Scarborough still provides a resting place for travellers.
The Falcon Inn has 8 delightful rooms in an annex style building. All rooms include en-suite facilities, bed linen, bath towels and tea and coffee making facilities. **We have a Superior room available at just £90 per room per night, ideal for special occasions.**
For those who prefer the outdoors our lovely beer garden is situated at the side of the pub overlooking the glorious coastline were you can sit and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside while sampling our fine cask ales and home cooked food
