Just yards from the river for romantic walks and plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Conveniently located just outside York city walls. The apartment is ideally situated for the historic City Centre and York Racecourse, both of which are just a short walk away. The local area includes the beautiful Rowntree park, great riverside walking, and numerous shops and restaurants all close by our tranquil riverside location.
There is a front door to the hallway, leading to the very large and spacious living room. This is a light, airy room and has French doors opening on to the 'Juliet' balcony with it's stunning views of the tree lined river. The living room has an elegant dining area with seating for six persons as well as two comfortable sofas and easy chairs for relaxing. (One sofa opens out to make an additional double bed) You will also have access to our large well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, complete with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and large fridge/freezer.
The accommodation features a sizeable master bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony furnished with chairs and a small table for sitting out, complete with fitted wardrobe, antique chest of drawers and easy chair. You could also benefit from our secure private parking space with electric gates. On your arrival you will receive a welcome pack. Travel cots are available with prior arrangement.
