Bay Tree House is a charming Victorian terrace house offering quality self-catering accommodation for up to four people. Situated just inside the city walls in a quiet conservation area, the house is within five minutes walk of the city centre and the many tourist attractions in York. Bay Tree House comfortably sleeps up to four people in a double room and a twin room, both decorated to a high standard with plenty of storage space. Children of all ages are welcome and there is a travel cot, high chair and a selection of toys/DVDs in the house.

Bay Tree House is beautifully appointed and has character features throughout. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads into the open lounge and dining room which is equipped with a colour television, DVD and video player. There is a good selection of videos, DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy along with information on the city of York and recommended places to visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob and a large fridge freezer. At the rear of the kitchen a door leads through into a study/playroom and a small cloakroom with toilet and handbasin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both decorated to a high standard. The main bathroom is large and luxurious and fitted with a bath and separate walk-in shower. Outside of the house to the rear is a small cobbled courtyard with seating that catches the sun in the morning.
