As recommended in the 2007 Michelin Guide. Dating back to the 18th Century, charming four star property situated on Leyburn Market Place in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The perfect base for touring, walking and cycling, fishing, golfing. Our aim is to make your stay with us as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. Guests can expect a warm welcome, super accommodation, lovely views and fabulous breakfasts. A private car park with lock up facility for cycles and motorbikes is on-site. All rooms have en suite facilities and guests are welcome to relax in our guest lounge with books, magazines, games and a selection of DVDs. We are non smoking throughout for the comfort of all. We provide Murder Mystery breaks, group accommodation and group dinners.

Six delightful en suite bedrooms. All are comfortable and well furnished with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. Each has an en suite shower room, cd/radio, TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and hair dryer. Foot spas are available to refresh aching feet. Choose from a selection of spacious and beautifully decorated twin, family or double rooms. New for 2007: Themed rooms Manhattan, Audry Hepburn and Horse racing.

Also, if you wish we can arrange flowers and chocolates in your room on your behalf for your loved one as a surprise.

Directions
From the A1 North, turn off at Leeming Bar and turn right from Bedale. From the A1 South, turn off at Scotch Corner and head for Richmond and then Leyburn. From Hawes, head for Aysgarth. We are easy to find on the Market Place in Leyburn with a private car park to the rear.
