Choose from one or two bedroom luxury lodges. Each accommodation boasts a private hot tub. Open plan living area, flat screen TV, DVD player & ipod dock are just some of the luxury features. The lodges feature wet room bathrooms with under floor heating. Luxury linen and towels are provided. Enjoy a walk to Roseberry Topping or feed the ducks by the river Great Ayton. For those that enjoy the outdoors why not pop by the Go Ape outdoor adventure centre or leisurely roam the North Yorkshire Moors. Nearby York, Durham and Whitby are also worth visiting at any time of the year.

We have 2,two bedroom lodges sleeping up to 4 people & three 1 bedroom lodges sleeping up to 2. Each luxury lodge boasts its own private hot tub. Our two bed lodges have excellent self catering facilities but can be let out on a nightly basis. Equipped with more than the essentials for a short break or week away.All lodges have Hot tubs on their decking.
