The cottage in Bishop Monkton is surrounding by beautiful countryside, and is easily accessible for both Ripon and Harrogate, with all their charms and amenities. There are also a great range of walks around the wider area for those looking to explore everything that North Yorkshire has to offer. The Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors are well worthy of a days outing, with the luxuriously comfortable furnishings of this cottage perfect to return back to after an action packed day.
The Old Telephone Exchange represented spacious, bright and airy accommodation with excellent facilities. The master bedroom features a king size four poster effect bed, ideal for a romantic break near Harrogate. The lounge has a corner sofa which converts into a double bed, with a character log burning stove perfect for those cooler evenings. The kitchen is immaculately presented to a high specification, with granite worktops and Smeg appliances making self catering a breeze.
The cottage features a patio area to the front and a spacious seating area with a garden bench to the side. A BBQ and picnic set is provided, with a cot and high chair available on request. One well behaved pet welcome, private parking for two cars. Power, initial supply of logs (more can be purchased locally), bed linen, towels and bathrobes included in the rent. Welcome bottle of wine & complimentary refreshments.
