The five star Sun Inn, Kirkby Lonsdale in the South Lake District has eleven individual rooms offering deluxe hotel standard accommodation. Standard and deluxe rooms are available and as some of our rooms are adaptable to family and triple rooms. Every room has a luxury pillow-top mattress bed of five star quality. All rooms have LCD televisions and wi-fi connectivity. a hearty Cumbrian breakfast will set you up for a day visiting the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Trough of Bowland, golf at Kirkby Lonsdale and Casterton, fishing, bird watching at Leighton Moss or for the more adventurous - scuba diving at Capenwray.
Personally run by Mark & Lucy Fuller, we believe passionately in giving you a special experience at the Sun Inn. You will begin to unwind from the moment you arrive at the inn and Kirkby Lonsdale is a very special place and once discovered you will want to return time and again. As our policy is not to keep hold of our customers' payment details, we require a deposit of 35% when you make a booking. Your deposit will be refunded up to 14 days before your arrival date. Should you need to cancel within the two weeks before you're due to arrive, we can only refund the deposit if we're able to let the room. We have a different cancellation policy for the festive season and require cancellation notice 12 weeks before your arrival date in order for your deposit to be refunded.
