We regret that the apartment is unsuitable for young children (under 5) and is strictly non smoking.

The second floor apartment can be accessed by the communal entrance at ground level via either the stairs or lift. The apartment offers a spacious lounge furnished in a contemporary style, comfortably seating four persons and equipped with LCD TV, DVD player, access to Sky Freeview channels and a hi-fi with dab radio, cd player and ipod dock. The kitchen, with separate dining area, is fully fitted with an excellent range of modern units complete with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, washing machine and wine cooler. The Master bedroom offers an en-suite shower room and both bedrooms are furnished with double beds.
