Here at Shoreline Cottages we want to help you organise your pet friendly self-catering holiday. We have a wondrous selection of award winning holiday cottages which run throughout Whitby along the Yorkshire coast. They are great for family holidays with the dog, after all, they are a member of the family too! The cottages are extremely dog friendly and have secure gardens to prevent your pet from escaping. Our cottages sleep up to 8 people and would be ideal for a group booking or those seeking a romantic break. You will be spoilt for choice with the local attractions that Whitby has to offer such as Whitby Abbey and the home port of Captain James Cook. The city of York is also only a stones throw away and offers such memorable sights and activities such as York Minster and York Dungeon.

The Yorkshire coast will present you with countless attractions and activities. Whitby is an unspoilt fishing village that will sweep you away with its cobbled streets and intriguing passageways. It also boasts a selection of art galleries as Whitby is an inspiration for many artists. York City is close by and remains one of the most visited cities in the world. York is also a magical place to visit at Christmas time with the Christmas markets that run through the winding streets.
