About this property
Ruabon House is an unusual building which got its name from the Ruabon brick from which it is built. The house has an apartment on the 2nd floor called the Red Cliff which was totally refurbished in 2008. The accommodation is perfect for those seeking comfort with scenic and peaceful surroundings. The apartment is located on the South Cliff of Scarborough and is about 100 yards from the cliff path and cliff lift which leads to the beach. This is open for dogs throughout the year.
We provide pet friendly accommodation as we realise your pet needs a holiday too. The dogs will have their own dog bowl upon arrival and they also receive a welcome pack. The beach is perfect for exercising your pet, without having the worry of your dog running off. There are also plenty of areas close by for yourself and your dog such as Esplande Gardens, the South Cliff, Italian Gardens and South Bay Beach. They will enjoy there stay as much as you will, and you will both hope to come back very soon.

There are three bedrooms which have been furbished to a high, comfortable standard. There is a double bedroom, with kingsize bed, and two twin bedded rooms. The bathroom comes with a bath and overhead power shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, washer/dryer, electric cooker, toaster, kettle and steamer. The living rooms comes with a digital TV, free-view, DVD player, CD stereo system, settee and 3 armchairs. There is also a dining table with 6 seats and electric fire.
Special to this property
2 dogs are allowed in the accommodation. There is a communal garden but unfortunately you are not able to use the garden for your dog's exercise. All bed linen and towels are included. Parking is on street and permits are provided. Please let us know if you are bringing more than one car.
