Boonhill Apartment is a comfortable one bedroom apartment which forms part of the main house but is entirely self contained, offering privacy, peace and quiet in a beautiful property. The accommodation sleeps two and is fully equipped with everything you need, ensuring you can have a peaceful and relaxing stay in an idyllic location in the North York Moors, whether you just want to escape to the country or enjoy a romantic break with your loved one.
The apartment is located on a working arable farm, just 3 miles north of Kirkbymoorside on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The area is ideal for walkers, with plenty of villages and countryside to explore. The market town of Pickering is about 15 minutes away and has a range of tourist attractions including the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Pickering Castle and the Beck Isle Museum. If you want to spend a day by the sea, the accommodation is only 25 miles from Scarborough and 30 miles from Robin Hood's Bay, ensuring there is something to entertain all visitors. National Trust Properties and English Heritage Properties are all within a pleasant drive. Castle Howard, which is famous for the filming of Brideshead Revisited as well as the splendid gardens, Majestic House and Arboretum is well worth a visit.

The apartment has one double en-suite guest bedroom, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge and microwave, a comfortable living/dining area with a TV and an outside balcony area. a washing machine and dryer are available in the main house if required. We welcome our guests to use the garden area and enjoy the views if they wish alternatively enjoy the walks straight from the door without leaving the farm.
