The Grove Hotel is a beautiful historic Yorkshire Dales hotel, built in 1757. Guests can expect a warm and friendly welcome in one of Leyburn's finest 18th Century squares. The Grove Hotel is reputedly one of Leyburn's oldest buildings. The property is crammed with period features including a panelled, beamed guest lounge with its seasonal fire. Guests can relax and enjoy a drink in our friendly, small bar, which welcomes not only our regular visitors, but also wildlife enthusiasts, cyclists, and walkers.
The Grove Hotel is renowned for it's fine food. Sample some of Yorkshire's finest produce in our licensed restaurant, called Yew Tree Restaurant after the large Yew growing in the front garden. We serve an A-la-carte choice, and vegetarian dishes are available. We take care to cater for special diets. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and all are equipped with full central heating, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. All beds have 12.5 tog duvets with coordinated curtains and fabrics. All 7 rooms have private en-suite facilities, some with shower and some with bath, and one double room is at ground floor level with easy access.
