The cottage is inspected annually by VisitBritain and is rated 3 stars (2006). Price includes linen and towels, gas & electricity. There are two bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, a well planned small garden with fine views. One dog by arrangement. Garage

Spacious main bedroom with double bed, and all necessary furniture. [Z-bed and cot available]. This room overlooks the garden, the Sladen Valley reservoir and the moorland beyond. The second bedroom is smaller with adult size bunks, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with usual facilities, razor socket etc. Top of range electric shower over bath (screened not curtained). Downstairs features a modern fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.Gas hot water /central heating system. The lounge faces South and features colour television/video/radio/CD/audio cassette/DVD/Freeview. Gas fire. Rear porch provides access to the garden with furniture for your use and enjoyment. A cot and baby gate are available, baby sitting can be arranged
