Visit Websitefor more informationWe would like to welcome you to stay at Crooklands Bed & Breakfast in Clapham, our charming B&B that we have converted from a 17th century farmhouse. We are set in surrounding farmland, and there are incredible views available stretching all the way to the Forest of Bowland in the south. We have a 4 star grading and a Silver award from enjoyEngland, and we are ideal for romantic breaks. Guests can relax in our comfortable lounge area, where you can watch our TV or pop on a DVD, and you’ll also find lots of book, maps and tourist information leaflets that you can use to plan your day ahead.
We have two beautiful double guest bedrooms for you to choose between, one of which can be converted into a twin room. Both of our rooms are en suite, and we provide a drinks tray and complimentary toiletries in both rooms. Breakfast is served each morning and is cooked fresh with locally sourced produce. As well as a full English breakfast, you can also choose from our breakfast buffet which usually includes cereal, fruit, just-baked bread and other options. If you don’t fancy dining out you can enjoy an evening meal with us, although we require 24 hours notice for this service. Your meal will usually consist of two courses and is charged at £15 per person.
As we are placed within the Yorkshire Dales there are many outdoor pursuits for you to enjoy while you’re staying with us. We are surrounded by excellent walking routes, some of which lead right from our door. You’ll be ideally placed for tackling the Thee Peaks Walk of Yorkshire, which leads you over the summits of Pen-Y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. Walking isn’t the only thing to do here though – you can also go caving at Gaping Gill, White Scar and Ingleborough, or go cycling along the Pennine Cycleway. There are also opportunities for fishing and nature spotting in the surrounding areas, and you can tour some of the nearby towns to check out the attractions there.
We have packed lunches available at just £6 per person, when requested in advance. In the summertime, guests can sit out in the back garden to admire the breathtaking views. We have off road car parking for guests, as well as secure cycle storage. We have very reasonable single occupancy rates for those of you travelling alone, and discounts are offered for bookings of three or more nights. We have 2 night weekend breaks available, so call now to make your booking with us.

£5 discount per person per night for the third & following nights.
"Share our Supper" for £15 per person. This will be main course & dessert or soup & main, with water or soft drink (welcome to 'bring your own'). By arrangement. Please give at least 24 hours notice.
