Larklands is a superb 16th Century, stone-built barn conversion on a working cattle farm one mile from the pretty village of Ravensworth on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is all on the ground floor and has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one family room with a double and a single day bed and ensuite facilities) and a family bathroom making it possible to sleep up to seven people.
The cottage also has a large and spacious fitted kitchen with a dining area and a stone arch leading to the sitting room with an electric stove, exposed roof beams and patio doors to the outside courtyard which contains garden furniture. There is also off road parking available for three cars. Larklands is a beautifully renovated holiday cottage in a delightful part of North Yorkshire making this a superb location for a relaxing family holiday. Phone calls answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The accommodation sleeps a total of 7 people across 3 bedrooms. Full oil central heating, additional heating from electric stove in sitting room. Rangemaster range with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freesat, DVD, stereo, WIFI, dvds, CDs, books and games.
Oil and electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Small courtyard area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shops 4 miles. Pub 10 mins walk. The owners live in the farmhouse opposite and offer fishing on their lake, meal on arrival and departure breakfast at additional cost, by arrangement.
