About this property
Welcome to Rosie's House, a holiday home from home in Bridlington. We are conveniently situated just a five minute walk from the harbour, the south beach and the town centre in a quiet residential area. Sleeping 6 to 8 people it is ideal for families or for a group of couples. Bridlington is the ideal destination for a holiday with its two distinct sections; the ancient market town steeped in history, and the modern and bustling quay and harbour with tourist attractions and promenades.
Our setting means that we are just a short walk from most of Bridlington's attractions. The kids will love the beach and harbour which is centred around tourists. For the grown ups, spend an afternoon at Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a historic country house, or the Bempton Cliffs RSPB nature reserve. For keen walkers and cyclists Bridlington boasts a number of signposted trails for walking and cycling. There is something to do whatever your age and tastes!

The property has 4 bedrooms; a king, double, bunk and two single beds. There is a bathroom with separate bath, shower and WC, with an additional toilet next to the bathroom. Downstairs, the lounge is equipped with a three piece suite, a coal-effect gas fire and a TV, Freeview and DVD player. A selection of dvds, CDs, books and board games are provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and as much crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as you will need. In the yard behind the house, there is a BBQ and some charcoal for your use along with some garden furniture to enjoy the long summer evenings.

A travel cot and high chair are available for the younger member of your party. Rosie's House is located in a restricted parking zone. A parking permit is provided with each booking.
Availability information
As a family owned property, we have flexible change over days with our only requirement being a minimum of 3 nights. We welcome short stays as well as longer bookings. Our prices range from £50 per night to £80 per night - a bargain for a four bedroomed property!
