The property is finished to a very high standard, and benefits from a front garden and rear patio area, as well as on street car parking. Beech House is located just a two minute walk from Whitby town centre and all the tourist attractions, and is the ideal base to explore Whitby and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Beech House benefits from a fantastic central Whitby location, commanding beautiful views of Whitby Abbey and the sea. The property is located just a two minute walk from the town centre with its excellent range of tourist attractions. Whitby is a fantastic town with a variety of attractions to suit all ages, from beaches, to museums, to fun parks for children. The Whitby Museum and Dracula Experience are just a short walk from the house, as is Whitby Marina. Whitby has a range of stunning beaches, all within easy reach from the house. For walkers and cyclists, the North Yorkshire Moors National Park is also just a short distance away.
Beech House has 4 bedrooms; 2 doubles with king sized beds and 2 twin rooms, and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for family groups. The property also benefits from an upper lounge with a 50" wall mounted flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player, an open plan kitchen/dining area and sitting room, a utility room a front garden and a rear patio area with table chairs and BBQ. The open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room area benefits from a flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player, and a well equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all crockery, pans and utensils.
On street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Sorry no pets and no smoking. The rear yard has a lockable shed for bikes. All bed linen, towels, electricity and gas are included. Cot and highchair are available for our younger guests. A Welcome pack is provided on arrival with tea, coffee and wine.
