Warren House Bed and Breakfast is beautifully situated in a rural setting with stunning views of the local countryside within the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We benefit from easy access to many Dales hotspots including bustling Grassington, just 4 miles from us, and we're 13 miles north of historic market town Skipton. Warren House is perfectly placed for walkers, less than 1 mile from Kilnsey Crag. Amenities are close by, including the charming Tennants Arms pub-restaurant, just over 1 mile away. For the comfort of all our guests, Warren House is a non smoking guesthouse throughout, and sorry we are not suitable for pets or children under 12.

We're a friendly and cosy B&B guesthouse, and guests can choose from three bedrooms at Warren House, two doubles and a Superior Suite/Family room. Single occupancy is available. All rooms are en-suite, central heated, double glazed, and have courtesy beverage tray. The B&B consists of a relaxing residents' sitting area with TV, a breakfast room, and a residents' garden area with furniture - the perfect spot to sit and admire our superb views! Warren House has private off-road car parking and a full English Breakfast is served each morning, with fresh local produce used whenever possible.
