47 Heworth Road is a stylish, family run and newly established guesthouse ideally situated in a pleasant York residential area. The B&B is beautifully appointed throughout in a contemporary style. We're just off a main road which gives guests easy access to York and the surrounding area (approx. 3 minutes drive/15 minutes walk to York city centre). The Guesthouse is also conveniently situated on a main bus route to both the city centre as well as Leeds, the North Yorkshire Moors ('Heartbeat country') and the Yorkshire coast.
All York's superb choice of attractions such as York Minster, specialist shopping in the Shambles and the Jorvik Centre are all easily accessible from the guesthouse. For the comfort of all our guests we have are a no smoking guesthouse throughout. Guests benefit from private, free off-street parking in our courtyard and a Full English breakfast is provided as well as toast, fresh fruit and cereals. This is all served in our spacious, contemporary dining room.
All rooms have been recently decorated to a very comfortable, modern standard. All are En-Suite with power shower and modern fittings and full of luxury touches. All rooms are fully equipped with colour TV, wardrobe space, and Tea and Coffee making facilities. We have three double rooms and one twin room, all of which have en-suite bathrooms, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and central heating. For younger children only, we can offer a travel cot or fold-out bed, price dependent on age of child.
