Stunning Barn Conversion/Holiday Cottages Around Courtyard, Non Smoking, Fishing Lake, Sleep 2-10

Newlands Holiday Cottages are situated conveniently close to Doncaster, York & Lincoln. Ideal for Donacaster Race Course and are just 5 minutes from the historic town of Epworth and 15 minutes from the motorway network. These beautifully appointed non smoking cottages are part of a 19th century agricultural barn conversion and are set around a pretty courtyard with covered barbecue area complete with patio heaters. Newlands Holiday Cottages are available for overnight visits, mid-week or weekend breaks, holidays, and short-term letting and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. One pet is welcome in each cottage, but must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. A welcome pack greets guests on arrival and additional bedding/pillows are available on request.

All the comforts of home are included such as electricity, towels, bed linen, a shared laundry room, shared bbq, and garden furniture with a seating area. Other shared facilities include a Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated), iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials, freezer unit for long-term freezer storage, a courtyard with seating area, gas BBQ, public payphone, 4 acre grounds shared with other holiday cottages and private caravans, and a large 70 metre lake around which young children must be supervised.

Rooms Description

All cottages are fully equipped and serviced with electric coal effect fires, thermostatic controlled central heating, ample private parking, CCTV, 21" teletext TV, video, CD player, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, fully equipped kitchen, shaving points and an electric shower, and patio doors which open onto the courtyard. All Cottages are spacious and grade 3 and 4 stars. Bluebell Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. Poppy is a 4 bedroom accommodation sleeping 8/10 guests and Damson and Rose are both single bedroom accommodations sleeping 2/4 guests. They also benefit from interlocking door for access between cottages. Lavender Cottage has been graded Four Stars and is a delightful single story one bedroom accommodation sleeping 2.

Specialities

Fishing fans will love Newlands Holiday Cottages, and fishing is permitted in the private lake (no access to the general public) at £5 per day/£25 per week permit. In woodland adjacent to the cottages, Newlands also offers 24 pitches for the siting of static caravan Holiday Homes and Static Holiday Homes can be purchased through the owners. Owner’s of Holiday Homes at Newlands have access to the site 365 days a year, as well as the 4 acres of woodland that surround it complete with lake.
