Perfect for business guests, families, couples and romantic breaks, our one bedroom Newlands Holiday Cottages near Robin Hood's Airport are situated conveniently close to Doncaster, York, Lincoln and the Wolds. Three cottages sleeping two to four guests are available within our idyllic rural site including Lavender, Rose and Damson cottages. The properties are perfectly placed for Doncaster Race Course and Newlands is just 5 minutes outside the historic town of Epworth, famously the birthplace of John Wesley. We're also only 15 minutes from the motorway network and Robin Hood's Airport. Pets are welcome and the location is simply stunning, with woodland walks from the door and an on-site private fishing lake.

One bedroom Damson, Lavender and Rose Cottages all sleep two guests comfortably. Lavender is a pretty single storey cottage with a twin bedroom and fully fitted bathroom, plus kitchen and living areas. Rose cottage has an upstairs double bedroom and a shower room together with a kitchen/ dining area and living room with 3 seater settee. Beautiful Damson cottage is a superb option for romantic breaks and includes a double bedroom and shower room and an open plan kitchen diner. All three cottages have digital Freeivew tv, wifi, fitted kitchen areas with electric ovens, hobs and fridges and patio doors leading out to the courtyard.

Changeover day is usually on Fridays, but we can be flexible dependent on availability. One pet is welcome in each cottage but must be supervised at all times. A welcome pack greets guests on arrival and the cottages are non smoking throughout. All bedding, electric, central heating, towels and bedlinen are fully inclusive in booking price and an on-site shared laundry room with washer/ dryers and a freezer plus a payphone, shared gas barbecue and extensive grounds are all inclusive. Both airport transfer and long-stay parking are available on request.

Fishing fans will love Newlands Holiday Cottages. Guests have access to an on-site private 70m lake well stocked with tench, carp and rudd, exclusively for use by our guests only.
