Charming Cliff House Self Catering Apartments consist of two character apartments, Cliff Haven and Over-Cliff, superbly located in Whitby with stunning panoramic views overlooking Whitby harbour, the sea, cliffs and Whitby town. Both apartments offer excellent good value self catering accommodation, and are well equipped to accommodate two adults. Both apartments are non smoking throughout with double glazing and full central heating. Sorry no children or pets. Guests have easy access to Whitby's superb shops and shopping centre, Whitby harbour, glorious sandy beaches, idyllic cliff walks, leisure facilities, and a launderette. All these excellent facilities and amenities are within a few hundred yards of the apartments. Street parking is available nearby and the accommodation is situated close to public transport, with easy access to Scarborough and Robin Hood's Bay.

Cliff Haven Apartment is on the Ground Floor and sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Access is via a front entrance lobby. Facilities include a spacious Sitting room which is fully equipped with a Colour TV/DVD, Video, and Radio, and the room benefits from superb views of Whitby harbour and town. Glass doors lead to a porch and patio. The large bedroom has a double divan with spring interior mattress. There is a charming big bay window seat and two chairs and again this room affords superb views of the harbour, sea and town. Enclosed porch access leads to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen has modern oak units, a fridge, electric cooker and microwave, an iron, toaster, and a spin and tumble dryer. There is a Room divider unit to panelled dining area with windows offering panoramic views. The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin, and WC, and the Patio is equipped with furniture in season. Gas fires are in both the bedroom and sitting room and the apartment also benefits from central heating, with 5 radiators. Automatic hot water is available, with a £1 Meter service. Winter lets include background heating (daytime) and hot water. Fitted carpets are in all main areas and all rooms except the bathroom interconnect at rear.
