Visit WebsiteCheck price and availabilityIn times of austerity it's good to know you can still afford a little luxury. At Noelles Cottages you can stay in a beautiful corner of North Yorkshire with easy access to the Moors, The Coast, York, Helmsley, Dalby Forest and Castle Howard. If four of you take a cottage for a week it works out at under £23 per person per night. We have such good walking and biking on our doorstep you don't need to spend other than on your food and drinks. We won the best self catering holiday award in 2009 and we think we have got better since! Visit our main website for more details!
The 5 Star Applestore Cottage has a country style kitchen with original quarry tiled floor, farm house table and seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen enables you to prepare comprehensive meals or simply enjoy the cream tea on arrival! Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with prominent oak beams and a sofa bed, enabling up to four people to sleep in this room. We recently added a state of the art bath room, combining a large airy space with modern facilities, a walk-in shower and a free standing bath with the opportunity to watch birds feeding in the trees just outside the window. The twin bedroom is in the old apple store and requires thought as you bend to enter the low door. At the far end of the room is an attractive bathroom with bath and hand shower, toilet and basin. In each bedroom you will find quality cotton sheets and contemporary textiles, large soft bath towels and specialised soap.
The 5 Star Coach House has a spacious ground floor with underfloor heating throughout. The living room and dining room comprise of a country style mix of modern and antique furniture, complimented with quality textiles. A reception area off the dining room offers wireless broadband internet access. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals and offers views onto the garden. Off the kitchen you will find a cloakroom with toilet and basin. From the dining room, French doors open out on to the garden terrace. The stairs from the hall lead up to a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, bath, basin and toilet. Along the hall is the double bedroom with en suite power shower, wash basin and toilet. The cottage has its own access, drive and landscaped garden with secluded parking. There is a lockable hut for mountain bikes close by. A paddock joins onto the garden; you are welcome to share our mature garden at most times of the year. We encourage all manner of bird life so you may be chorused by owls or bats, and on Monday evenings by bell-ringing practice at the local church fifty yards away. The Barn is our third 'cottage'. It is a huge space made cosy with lighting and the option of sitting in the 'snug'. It has a contemporary design retaining much of the original features but with modern touches to ensure you have a very special experience. It has a large gravel garden in front of the huge french windows and a more enclosed garden leading from the snug door. It has a big wow factor and plenty of features to enjoy, a beautiful bathroom and wetroom and two modern mezzanine bedrooms each with architect designed stairs.
There is a generous array of goodies on arrival, loads of information on how to enjoy yourselves and free wi-fi to check opening times and look at the offerings available. We have great food shops and eating places for a special occasion and of course very well equipped kitchens in all cottages. The summer is booking up briskly but we still have short breaks and weeks until the end of March. To entice you to this lovely corner of Yorkshire we are offering 4 nights for the price of 3. That makes it £28 pppn for a group of four. With a bottle of wine, chocolates and a wood burning stove it might just fit the bill.
Ryedale and the Coast offers a huge range of opportunities with biking and walking becoming ever more popular. Excellent shops and eating to enjoy.
