Bellegreen is a stone-built three storey house recently renovated throughout. Reeth is located approximately 6 miles from Leyburn and 12 miles from Richmond and the A1 at Bedale is approximately 30 minutes by car. Perfect as a Yorkshire Dales walking or touring base, Reeth is a typical Dales village dominated by a large green and overlooked by Fremington Edge. The village has three pubs (all of which serve good food) and a number of shops and restaurants.

The cottage accommodates 7 plus 2 guests comfortably in four bedrooms which include 2 doubles, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 double sofa-bed in the extra lounge. Outside Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a BBQ area, ideal for summer evenings, with gas-fired BBQ, table and chairs. Steps lead up to a small garden. A handy Utility room is off from the patio area and is equipped with Automatic Washing Machine, Freezer and Tumbler Dryer. Private parking is available at the front for one car, and plentiful public parking is within 50 metres.
