Slipway House is a stunning self catering contemporary riverside property, exquisitely furnished with stylish decor and ideally placed in the heart of holiday Whitby. The property is spacious with a beautiful terraced garden, 3 bedrooms and accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Situated on Whitehall Landing, reputedly the boat yard where Captain Cook's ship, The Endeavour was built, Slipway House offers easy access to Whitby Town Centre, nearby fishng and the sea and harbour. Children are welcome, however the house is not suitable for wheelchairs, or for elderly guests with mobility issues. Sorry, we do not welcome pets, and the house is non smoking throughout for the comfort of all. Guests benefit from a quiet riverside position, yet within easy access of Whitby's many restaurants and inns, and watersports are available close by.

The property is arranged on three floors and furnished to a very high standard with all of the facilities and comforts you would expect from a modern home. The layout includes two double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Also included is 1 deluxe bathroom, 1 shower, and 3 separate WCs. The well equipped kitchen includes a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and iron. Central Heating is throughout and linen and towels are inclusive. The dining area and table has seating for six guests.

Rooms Description

This stylish, contemporary home contains numerous modern luxuries including terrestrial TV, video, DVD, radio, CD system, and board games for your entertainment. A CD player is also available on the radio. Outside the property benefits from a terrace, a pretty garden, garden furniture and ample parking. The split level terraced garden is the perfect spot for relaxation. Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday unless short breaks or special arrangements have been made. Arrivals are after 2pm and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Key collection and return is via a friendly local public house.
