South House Farm is a wonderful holiday base, beautifully situated down a narrow lane off the Whitby to Scarborough Road at Boggle Hole. A selection of self catering, luxury holiday cottages and one large farmhouse are available, sleeping from 2 to 10 guests. The non smoking properties are just 1 mile south of Robin Hood's Bay and Boggle Hole beach is just a five minute walk from South House Farm. Tennis facilities are available to all and being on the Cleveland Way coastal walk, the accommodation is perfect for both walkers and those looking for a rural retreat. Good pub food is available in the village, with excellent restaurants nearby in Whitby and Scarborough. South House Farm at Boggle Hole is ideally placed between Whitby, Scarborough and the coastal side of the North York Moors, with local attractions to suit all tastes.

Orchard Cottage sleeps 4 guests and has many original features, with beamed ceilings and timbered trusses. It is centrally heated, with a spacious lounge with TV, DVD and video, electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. All bedrooms have their own washbasins. Outside there is a large private garden with barbeque facilities. A travel cot is available by arrangement. The Ground Floor benefits from spacious lounge, dining kitchen, and luxury bathroom with shower. The First Floor has one double and one twin bedroom. Sorry, no pets. Stable Cottage sleeps up to six people and has many original features, including beamed ceilings and timbered trusses/ The spacious lounge is complete with TV with Freeview, DVD and video and the kitchen is fully equipped with all that the self catering visitor may need.

Rooms Description

Mill Cottage was renovated in 2003 and along with Mill House it is situated at the top of the farmyard, recently converted from a redundant stone building which originally housed the grain milling machinery. This romantic holiday cottage sleeps 2 guests, and sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. A Travel cot is available by arrangement. The front door of Mill Cottage reveals a lovely open plan layout, comprising of kitchen/dining/lounge area, with wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and microwave with table and chairs under the window. The lounge area has a settee, chair, coffee table and colour tv with DVD and video. The staircase leads onto a galleried bedroom with two 3'0 single beds. There is a lovely bathroom with shower over the bath. This bedroom features 3 Velux skylights. Please note, this is also a no pets establishment.
