Nora Batty's Cottage - Holmfirth

Three star Holmfirth self catering holiday cottage sleeping up to six people in what was Nora Batty's cottage in the TV series 'Last of the Summer Wine'.

A unique opportunity to stay in the most famous house in TV Comedy. Be the envy of millions of fans throughout the world. A shrine to Nora Batty, fully furnished, as only Nora would approve. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the overall Nora Batty Experience. Memorabilia, signed photos of cast & crew are in abundance throughout the house as well as props used in the filming. The spacious living room is enhanced by a separate kitchen / diner and the ample bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower. There is plenty of storage and wardrobe facilities as well as a private outside garden / yard area.

Private off road parking nearby (to unload you may temporarily park outside the cottage). Please note, the approach is up a number of steps as expected. The internal layout is also spread over 3 floors. A cot & high chair is available on request. Fresh linen & towels are supplied.
