About this property

Cross Pipes Cottages are two brand new self-catering homes with adjacent outdoor heated swimming pool. The properties are ideally situated in the moorland village of Goathland, on National Parkland in the North York Moors. Goathland is a very attractive, unspoilt moorland village offering an excellent array of quality shops and restaurants. The village has it's own railway station which is part of the North York Moors Steam Railway. The cottages are only 7 miles from the classic seaside town of Whitby with plenty of small shops, boutiques and restaurants and of course the famous Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages, and rental includes heating, lighting and logs. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Our Largest Cottage is a Grade 2 Listed building sleeping 6 guests plus additional infants, and comprises 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite and a four-poster bed, 2 reception rooms each with open fireplaces, and a conservatory overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool. The farmhouse style kitchen benefits from an Aga, plus additional electric cooker. Guests have access to the adjacent heated swimming pool (11m x 3m) and a garage and parking are provided. The cottage is surrounded by large gardens. A DVD, laundry service, linen and towels are all provided, and smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are also included.
