The village has it's own railway station which is part of the North York Moors Steam Railway. The cottages are only 7 miles from the classic seaside town of Whitby with plenty of small shops, boutiques and restaurants and of course the famous Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages, and rental includes heating, lighting and logs. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Our Largest Cottage is a Grade 2 Listed building sleeping 6 guests plus additional infants, and comprises 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite and a four-poster bed, 2 reception rooms each with open fireplaces, and a conservatory overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool.
