Graded 4 Stars by the English Tourist Board, Pinfold Cottage is a historic property built circa 1865, and situated in a select conservation area, on the south side of the City, close to York City Centre. We are a family run B&B, and can assure you of a very warm and friendly welcome. Five ensuite bedrooms are available, including one Family ensuite room. For the business traveller we offer reduced rates for stays of 5 days or more, or for regular visitors (subject to availability). Guests benefit from easy access to the A64 and York City Centre. We are close by to great pubs and a restaurant, all within a few minutes walk, as well as numerous eating establishments in the centre of York. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and is served in our comfortable Dining Room. We offer an extensive breakfast menu, and cater for most diets, including low fat and vegetarian. We also have a children’s menu, and plenty of things to keep the kids amused such as toys and games. Advance notice of any special requirements will ensure that we can fully meet your needs. We are on a main bus route into York, and the buses stop regularly, right outside our door. Or you can enjoy a pleasant riverside stroll onto the centre. We have a private, off street car park where you can leave your car whilst you enjoy York on foot.Leaflets and brochures are available for you to take away, and being born and raised in York, we are also happy to offer you first hand advice on local attractions and restaurants. Nearby, you will find all of the historical attractions that York has to offer, as well as being only minutes away from York University, Fulford Golf Club, York Racecourse, the Macarthur Glen Designer Outlet, and Imphal Barracks.
