Property Information

Our beautiful cottage B&B was originally built areound 1865 on the site of the Batlle of Fulford in 1066. We've carefully restored it and tastefully decorated and furnished the rooms. We're only a leisurely 30 minute riverside walk from the city centre, within easy access of many attractions and there are pubs and a restaurant with a 10 minute walk. If you're celebrating something special, we're happy to cater for any occasions with chocolates, champagne and flowers for your arrival.

We have five bedrooms, including a family and a ground floor room, all of them are fully ensuite and equipped with Freeview TV's, DVD and CD player. For your convenience we provide toiletries, electric fan, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and generous hospitality trays. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and ensure a blissful nights slumber! We have free Wi-Fi internet access and an iron and ironing board is available on request. We're proud of our Yorkshire breakfasts which cater for any dietary needs and include the finest Yorkshire tea and a cafetiere of Taylor’s of Harrogate’s coffee. At the rear of the cottage is our own car park.
