Greengate Lodge is a family run Guesthouse appointed to a high standard. All rooms are en-suite with T.V's, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. We cater for couples and families alike and have travel cots and bedding, high chair and even a pushchair if required. We also have a ground floor room for anyone who has difficulty with stairs and the property can be accessed from the rear without having to climb up steps. If you like your food our breakfast will more than satisfy you and you can enjoy the sea views while you eat. What more could you want!

North Marine Road, on which Greengate Lodge is situated is central to anything you want to do in Scarborough. We are close to Peasholm Park, the indoor pool the beautiful North Bay beach and the Castle. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away and the busier South Bay beach with the amusements and rides is 10 to 15 mins walk. There are ample good restaurants of all nationalities to choose from and the nightlife ranges from traditional sea-side pubs to more trendy wine bars and clubs. There really is something for everyone!

Rooms Description

All the bedrooms at Greengate Lodge are en-suite. We have one large family room with beautiful sea views, a smaller family/twin room and two double rooms the smaller of the two being let as a single if required. One of the double rooms is on the ground floor if you have trouble with lots of stairs!

You will always be given a warm and friendly welcome here. Nothing is too much trouble and we will help whenever possible. We do this job because we like people, so be prepared to feel completely at home!
