Directions

On leaving the M1 at Junction 42, take M62 to Manchester, exit 26. Take the A58 to Halifax. A58: Through Hipperholm, past the lights at Stump Cross Inn on right. Up the hill, under the iron bridge. Then left onto Charleston Road. Then follow signs to Eureka Centre which will take you past Sainsbury's on Charleston Road. Past Sainsbury's on the right, follow road round to a T-Junction, Turn left and then left again (under bridge). Follow road round Swan Bank Lane (cobbled) and turn left at the bottom. Approximately 300 yards on the left is the Cross Keys Inn, immediately turn onto Whitegate Road. Continue up the hill and bare left up Whitegate and past South View row of terraced houses. Continue up the hill and turn right into Stoney Brow House. Take a wide sweep onto the drive as it is very steep.
