Lane Ends Farm offers 4-star quality rated bed and breakfast with ensuite facilities, in a no smoking environment. Come and sample an old fashioned welcome at this 18th century farmhouse, where your hosts Linda and Douglas Whitehead endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one. To those visiting the area for business or pleasure, Lane Ends Farm is situated 1.5 miles from the centre of Halifax in a semi-rural location, with cows and horses grazing in the surrounding valley.
Car park and secure parking for cycles and motorbikes. Families, walkers, cyclists and horse-riders welcome. Stabling available between May and September. The guest lounge with TV is available for visitors to use when meals are not being served, and a pleasant secluded garden, with summerhouse is available for guests enjoyment. There is a choice of continental, vegetarian or full English breakfast (choice of ten different varieties of sausages and approximately 20 different types of tea). Evening meals and packed lunches by prior arrangement. Where possible food is sourced from the local area, some of which is organic. Special diets will be catered for where possible.
Our centrally heated twin and double en-suite rooms can offer family accommodation or the luxury of a four poster bed. Two rooms have en-suite facilities with shower, while the room with the four poster bed has both a bath and shower in the en-suite. All bedrooms have a TV, hairdryer and provide tea/coffee making facilities.
