The location of the home from home is key, as it is just a short walk to the shops, many pubs, restaurants, train station and the world famous Beverley Minster. The stunning area is well known for its spectacular views of the rolling hills of East Yorkshire and its coast line; both of which are easy to reach from the cottage and are complimented with a range of walking, hiking, cycling and climbing routes for you to discover.
The cottage is filled with a range of excellent amenities to make it as homely as possible, including full gas central heating with gas fires, ideal for those cooler months. There's a modern TV and even a playstation 2 which can play DVDs, perfect for keeping the younger guests occupied. There's even laundry facilities provided, including an automatic washing machine, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and deep freeze. The house has a small paved garden with furniture and a barbecue for the Summer months. Duvets with linen and towels. There is parking for one car.
The house comprises of a light and airy sitting room leading to a dining room with French doors opening onto paved rear garden with table and chairs and a barbecue area. There is a modern well equipped galley style kitchen. The first floor is made up of two bedrooms, one double bedroom and twin bedded children's room (bunk beds). A family bathroom/WC accessed via the children's room. There is a walkin shower downstairs with a WC.
