The Bayle Museum is a Grade I Listed Building and scheduled ancient monument which makes it of great interest historically and architecturally. Once the entrance to Bridlington Priory, the museum is situated in Bridlington's Old Town and incorporates collections with interactive games, listening posts, CD Roms, and life-size figures to interpret the social history of Bridlington. Special rates are available for group bookings and school visits.
The Bayle Museum makes an interesting and educational visit for any visitor or resident of Bridlington. Exhibits here include life sized figures, scale models, interactive games and listening posts plus a wide range of collections and historical items set within the various rooms. Learn the stories behind the exhibits at this family friendly museum. There is free parking and group and evening visits can be arranged throughout the year by contacting the Curator.
Opening hours are 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday
