The theatre has been home to the Players since 1960, providing quality live entertainment in Skipton ever since. The Players put on five plays every year, covering all genres and using a cast of passionate amateurs. Become a member of Skipton Little Theatre for only £30 for the entire year! For this fee, you'll gain entry to each of our five plays for only £6 instead of the standard ticket price of £8. Additional benefits include the ability to audition for parts in the plays themselves. Even if acting isn't your forte, we are always looking for people to help either backstage or as part of our front of house team. As a member of Skipton Players, your ticket will also be transferable if you can't make a performance.
Skipton Little Theatre has a friendly and personal atmosphere, with everyone involved in the performances sharing a real energy and enthusiasm for the dramatic arts and theatre in general. This comes across in the quality of our performances. Our next production is 'Caught in the Act' by Ray Cooney, running from 12th October to 16th October - don't miss out!
