Information
For climbing in Sheffield, look no further than the Foundry. This established centre has been open since 1991 and has over 200 routes and over 1,100 square metres of climbing walls. Whether you're new to the sport or an established climber, the Foundry has climbs for you. From lead climbing to top roping to bouldering, we have climbs for visitors of all ages and abilities. We offer a range of instruction and visiting instructors and groups are also welcome. We hire boots, harness and belay devices and also have a number of membership rates available allowing you to use the centre at your leisure. The Foundry is also home to a cafe serving drinks, light meals and snacks, and can cater for groups of up to 12 by prior notice.
