North Bay Railway is the most historic seaside miniature railway in the United Kingdom, operating since 1931 and running for around ¾ mile from Peasholm Park to Scalby Mills stations, offering beautiful views of Scarborough's North Bay. We are 100% wheelchair, pushchair and dog friendly, and we offer discounts for children under 16.

There is plenty of attractions at the North Bay Railway to keep the whole family entertained, including relaxed activities such as a train ride to Scalby Mills, a go on a paddle boat, or a delicious meal in the Glass House Bistro We also offer exhilarating experiences such as a trip on the historic water chute.
