Our courses are wide and varied, and will appeal to people across the spectrum, from experienced cavers to complete beginners. Whether you are a group, a family or an individual, we can provide the excitement and vertical challenge of rock climbing and abseiling to suit all levels. All the activities on offer with Yorkshire Dales Guides are closely supervised by our expert instructors, with specialist equipment provided for you wherever required. Groups are kept small to maximise safety and enjoyment, with a standard ratio of six people to one instructor.
We also offer a great range of guided walks throughout the region, with routes arranged across the whole of the Yorkshire Dales. We can plan a route with you or alternatively you can choose an area and let us plan an interesting walk for you. We will then provide a guide to ensure you gain the most from it. The routes can be low level with only some gentle climbing or there are routes which can include one or two of the Three Peaks. You will need to bring your walking kit and your guide will carry some group safety gear.
Our team are seasoned experts in the provision of team building in the Yorkshire Dales, working with corporate groups or groups just looking for fun in the Dales. Our team brings together unique skills and experience from the rescue services and the outdoor education industry to provide real, challenging leadership development scenarios.
