Enjoy the beautiful Yorkshire countryside at the famous Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, offering some of the most spectacular waterfall and woodland scenery in the North of England. The trail is 4.5 miles long (8 km) and leads you through ancient oak woodland and magnificent Yorkshire Dales scenery via a series of stunning waterfalls and geological features. With its fascinating history, breathtaking views and a rich variety of plants and wildlife, a visit to Ingleton Falls is a great family day out or education field trip.

Ingleton Waterfalls Trail is divided into nine main areas, each with its own distinct geological features and associated plant life. Have fun exploring the various waterfalls, including the famous Thornton Force which is regarded as one of the finest waterfalls in Yorkshire. The Falls Café and gift shop is situated at the entrance to the Waterfalls Trail and is open daily, serving a range of hot and cold meals and refreshments. There is also The Falls Refreshment Centre situated half way round the trail where drinks and light snacks can be bought.
